Who we are
This website and studio are run by Uroš Pavić (Serbia), serving clients in the United States. For anything related to your data, write to info@urospavic.com.
What we collect and why
The contact form. When you press "Start My Project" we receive what you typed: your name, email address, your current website if you added one, the package and timeline you picked, and your message. We use it for exactly one thing: answering you about your project. Form delivery is handled by Formspree, Inc. (USA), which processes the submission and forwards it to our inbox (Formspree's privacy policy).
Analytics. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after you tap "OK" on the cookie bar. Until then, or if you tap "No thanks", nothing is loaded from Google. With your OK we count the pages you visit, taps on our email, phone, WhatsApp and Viber links, and contact form sends, never what you type. Google uses your IP address to estimate your rough location and may process the data outside the EU. We don't see who you are, only numbers (Google's privacy policy).
Hosting. The site runs on Vercel, Inc. (USA). Like every web server, Vercel briefly processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages (Vercel's privacy policy).
What we never do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone beyond the services named above. We don't send newsletters or marketing emails to addresses from the contact form. Your inquiry stays between you and us.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages stay in our inbox as long as our conversation may need them. If you never become a client, you can ask us to delete your message at any time. Google Analytics keeps the visit data for up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. One email is enough. If you're in the EU, these rights come from the GDPR; we honor them for everyone regardless of where you live.
Cookies
Only after you tap "OK", Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_DJDHY6ZQ07, which last up to 2 years. Your answer is saved in your browser for 12 months, then we ask again. One more small cookie remembers your country, so the site can open in your language. If you block cookies in your browser, the whole site still works perfectly.
